A new national-level workers’ compensation group has formed recently from the Florida Workers’ Compensation Institute.

The national Workers’ Compensation Institute (WCI) hopes to serve all members of the workers’ compensation industry, from employers to insurance brokers to workers’ comp lawyers.

Its goal is to provide information for everyone who has a stake in workers’ compensation. WCI will hold its annual Workers’ Compensation Educational Conference (WCEC) on August 19-23 at the Orlando World Center Marriott.
