Wyoming Raises Workers' Comp Benefits

Posted on July 9th, 2009 No Comments

Wyoming has raised its workers' comp benefits for the first time in two decades. Survivors of workers killed on the job will now receive better benefits after two years of testimony and public complaints about the system.

In addition, there will be a cost of living adjustment for people on disability and people in contested cases will continue to receive benefits until the case is resolved.

If you are in need of workers' comp benefits, contact the Raleigh workers' compensation attorneys of Scudder & Hedrick, PLLC at 919-851-3311.
