About Scudder & Hedrick, PLLC
Scudder & Hedrick, PLLC was founded by the Raleigh workers’ compensation attorney Sam Scudder, who has over twenty years of experience in the practice of law.
Sam Scudder was practicing with The Law Offices of Robin E. Hudson when Ms. Hudson was elected to the Court of Appeals and closed her practice. Sam, Judge Hudson’s senior associate, struck out on his own in order to form Scudder & Hedrick, PLLC.
The firm has since expanded to include April Seguin, a 2006 graduate of Campbell University law school. While in law school, Ms. Seguin gained valuable litigation and appellate experience as a member of both the Trial Team and Moot Court Team.
